1.Establish, strengthen and implement BA training framework to ensure a professional BA team.
2.Set up the guideline on how to monitor the BA supervisor team as well as pulling resources from L&D team to deliver the BA training program
3.Conduct training analysis regularly to meet the business strategy
4.Implement and follow up training plan, in order to optimize training resources and provide targeted training support to BA development.
5.Ensure smoothly roll out of relevant training course, set up BA training database and BA training material system
6.Synthesize internal and external training recourses to develop training courses and design standard training material and trainer notes
7.Ensure BA high level of product knowledge, professional skincare knowledge and make up skill, selling skill and customer services etc.
8.Work together with line managers to select targeted participants in order to meet the identified training needs.
9.Collect feedback from participants on training course delivery quality. Follow up the behavior change & competencies improvement after training, in order to achieve the best training result.
10.Summarize regional training record and timely provide monthly report to relevant department for review

10.At least 3 years BA training management position holder in cosmetics
11.Have a good command of English both oral and written
