Job Duties and responsibilities:
1) Coordinate and mange payroll vendor to process payroll deliver timely and accurately including payroll processing, tax withholding, and social security administration across the locations in China
2) Responsible for monthly social security / housing fund processing and annual benchmarked adjustment
3) Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax and social security laws and internal control standards
4) Perform payroll accounting including journal booking and filing, accounts reconciliation and follow up with high quality and efficiency within required timeline
5) Responsible for Tax filing including knowledge collection/sharing, provide the effective solutions/suggestions to employees
6) Provide the payroll/IIT/Benefit related analysis and reports ba
7) Proactively work On payroll related projects. regularly review the results/system implement/automation/ continues process improvement and so On
8) Manage government related application, survey and reporting
9) External/Internal Audit support
10) Other assignments requested by leader
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in payroll related
- Strong senses of responsibility; willing to work under pressure
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong MS office skills (Excel, Power BI) preferred
